The project was conceived as a real estate investment for short-term rentals, targeting a high-end international audience and leveraging its strategic location in Provenza, one of Medellín’s most vibrant districts. CS Taller developed a full interior renovation of the 300 m² apartment,
preserving only the existing structure and redefining the layout to meet the expectations of the Airbnb market through high-quality architectural finishes and a carefully curated material palette.
The main challenge was reorganizing a complex program within a structure constrained by existing columns, achieving fluid and well-defined spaces without visual disruption. An additional challenge was integrating a private nightclub, strategically separated from the bedrooms through circulation zones, ensuring acoustic comfort and privacy.
The result is a functional, efficient project that has been highly valued by its guests, where design, use, and context are precisely aligned.
