The project originated from a real estate developer with a clear market-driven vision: a high-value single-family residence designed for commercialization. From lot acquisition to final sale, CS Taller provided comprehensive support throughout the process, coordinating architects, engineers, realtors, and all key stakeholders to deliver a home aligned with the expectations of both its context and end user.
The program was defined early on by market logic, integrating generous social areas, a rear pool, and a flexible, functional residential layout.
The primary challenge was accommodating the full program on a lot with limited dimensions, optimizing every square foot without compromising spatial quality. The project successfully balances compactness with generosity, incorporating ample social areas, a two-car garage, a large driveway, service zones, and en-suite bedrooms, including a primary suite with an expansive walk-in closet and bathroom. On a technical level, the project required precise structural, mechanical, and plumbing solutions, particularly the integration of the septic system beneath the driveway in strict compliance with local regulations.
The result is an efficient, well-executed residence that sold quickly, validating the strength of both the design and the process.
