The main challenge was creating a minimalist commercial building with movement and depth—without relying on ornament. Form had to speak through proportion, light, and silence. Volumes were not applied — they were carved.
The design demanded control, precision, and brutal clarity.
0+11 SPACES doesn’t shout. It stands. It redefines commercial minimalism—not as emptiness, but as intentional presence.
A space where structure becomes identity. And silence becomes power.
